Riesling vines love cooler climates where they yield grapes packed with fruit, spice, and floral character. The majority of our Riesling grapes were sourced from prime vineyards throughout California’s Central Coast, including the northern end of Monterey County. Grapes sourced from this region receive the most impact from cool Pacific winds off the Monterey Bay, keeping acidity high and delaying ripening. These important factors help our Riesling retain good balance and lively fruit flavors through development.
