The Sauvignon Blanc shows its typical aromatic diversity: ripe, yellow fruits such as apple and quince as well as spicy notes and those reminiscent of nettles, tomato leaves and wet stone. It works harmoniously, with a subtle complexity. The well-integrated, juicy, fresh acidity and the fine, subtle tannins are convincing on the palate. Animating and vibrant, the wine flows over the tongue, has an aromatic finish and lingers on the palate for a long time.
