Description

Volans Seven Year Extra Añejo is the culmination of time, intention, and the quiet beauty of tradition. Made from fully mature Blue Weber agaves grown in the highlands of Jalisco, this limited release was aged for six years in American white oak bourbon barrels filled at 48% ABV, then finished for one additional year in French oak. After barrel aging, it was stabilized for six months in stainless steel tanks before bottling at 42.3% ABV—allowing the final profile to come into perfect harmony.
