This wine has some notes of blackcurrant, cassis and cream. Characterized by its medium ruby, we can also taste some notes of dark cherries and cedar and its good length finish with fresh bitter notes and dry tannins. 85% cabernet sauvignon – 15% merlot

Wine Estate

In the Médoc peninsula, 30 minutes north of Bordeaux, the Château Tour Sieujean is located in the
town of Saint Laurent-Médoc, on the road to Pauillac. With a total area of 8 hectares, our property
includes two appellations: Pauillac and Haut Médoc. Château Tour Sieujean is one of the last
remaining family-run domains surrounded by the famous Grands Crus of Pauillac. The 10th century
feudal tower watches over the vineyard planted on the most beautiful gravel brows of the appellation.
Vinification

Thanks to the exceptional microclimate of the region, the mild temperatures and sunshine ensure
optimum maturity for our varietals allowing us to produce excellent wines for ageing. This wine was
aged between 12 and 14 months in barrels (60% new barrels). The soil is composed by Garonne gravel
Food Pairing

Enjoy it with grilled red meat and local cheese.
