Nose – Initially very spirity (like strong apple schnapps). Eventually, it mellows to pears and raspberries, brown sugar, wax, vanilla pod and banana, soft oak tannins, and ginger with a touch of lime and pepper.
Taste – Very light. Ginger with a touch of brown-sugar, pears, lime, and espresso.
Finish – Spirity banana, bitter tannins, and very light stale cereal
