Nadim Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied, elegant and complex wine that exhibits flavors of local spices and ripe cherry. Its equilibrated acidity and persistent tannins allow this wine to age effortlessly for years. While ready to be enjoyed, Nadim Cabernet will improve considerably with a few years of bottle aging. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, which contributes to its complexity.

Description

Nadim Cabernet is made exclusively from grapes grown in the Birzeit Vineyards, which are located on the outskirts of the city at elevations around 900 meters (3,000 feet) above sea level. Birzeit Vineyards has proven to source high quality grapes grown organically without irrigation. The grapes were handpicked in the right technological and phenological maturation and transported from the vineyard to the winery immediately in small boxes.
