Life is full of all sorts of surprises. Nowhere is that more true than in Singapore, with its legendary people and places. Our recipes tell the stories of Asia. For our Orchid Gin we use the ‘fruit’ of the Vanilla Orchid. Whole Vanilla beans are used in the Gin Column, adding a smooth richness to the flavour. Organic Oranges add  a highlight sweetness of citrus. We’ve made the most amazing flavour combination by placing our Oranges directly beneath our vanilla. For our Singapore Gin (formerly known as Mandarin Chilli Gin), we focus on the citrus nose. We finished the Gin with chilli and ginger to give the taste buds a lift with a slight tingle on the lips.
