Description

The vinification is carried out in steel tanks, with the emerged cap system and the maceration of the marcs lasts from 10 to 12 days. The fermentation temperature is controlled and maintained around 25 ° -27 ° C. Malolactic fermentation takes place at the end of fermentation and completed racking. Aging lasts 17 months, of which 10 in large Slavonian oak barrels, 5 in steel tanks and 2 in the bottle.
