Sileo is a blend of 90% Garnacha with a touch of Carignan aged for 9
months in used oak barrels and stainless steel tanks to keep its ripe
fruit character. Pure aromas of fresh strawberry and blackberries
practically jumped out from the glass with a spicy undertone. The palate
is supple and fruity with smooth, silky tannins balanced by good
acidity. Enjoy it now and pair it with your favorite Fall food.
