This wine was made solely with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested by hand from Shiloh’s selected vineyards. Aging in French oak barrels for 15 months adds complexity and elegance. Aromas that evoke fresh black fruit, cassis, and green pepper notes are delicately balanced with scents of vanilla. The palate echoes rasperry, blueberry and plums. and richness in tannins gives it a long and pleasant finish. Aging will furthe enhance its quality.
