S’forno is a unique company who’s goal is to show the best value for one’s money in wines from around the world. Founded in 1990 by Shimshon Welner, S’forno’s vineyards are in the best winemaking regions of Spain and Italy.

Shimshon Welner was the first CEO of Golan Heights winery, where he pioneered, along with Peter Stern, the revolution in quality modern Israeli wines. After he felt he’d accomplished what he could in Israel, he set out to explore winemaking in other regions.
