Mildly fruity on the nose. Notes of raspberries and hints of bitter chocolate. Notes acidity and mild tannins on the finish. Pairs well with meaty and oily fish such as salmon, tuna and mackerel.

Description

Each batch was fermented on its own. The fermenters spent around 26 days on skins before being gently pressed. The wine was matured for 10 months in high quality French oak barrels from the highly regarded Vosges forest.
