Ron “Navazos Palazzi” Double Barreled Cask Strength Spanish Rum is an exceptional spirit created through a collaboration between Nicolas Palazzi of PM Spirits and renowned sherry producer Equipo Navazos. This rum is 100% molasses-based and was distilled in the Antilles. This double barreled rum was aged on site for a little over five years in first-filled bourbon casks and then shipped to Jerez, Spain, where it was aged in freshly emptied Oloroso casks for more than ten years and bottled at cask strength. It is unfiltered and free of additives.

The nose opens with alluring aromas of plum, hazelnut and salted caramel, evolving into apricot, citrus fruit, nutmeg and dark chocolate. The dry, elegant palate is brimming with character, offering complex notes of ripe stone fruit, roasted nuts, sea salt and oak, lifted by tangy citrus flavors and vibrant acidity.
