Description

Newly released in 2021, our Ransom Bourbon is distilled in Oregon and Indiana. Aged a minimum of 2 years in charred American oak, including 12-year-old barrels from our French Alembic Pot Stills.

Made up of a unique 4 mash grain build, including 66% Corn, 23% Rye, 6% Wheat, and 4% Malted Barley grown on our organic farm, you will experience classic Bourbon aromas with notes of toffee and soft caramel, mixed with sweet corn.

Trail Blazer

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Ransom Bourbon
1 oz Coconut Water
.75 oz Lemon
.75 oz Coconut Cream
.5 oz Aperol
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Atomized Absinthe

DIRECTIONS
Atomize or rinse absinthe in a footed highball glass. Crush ice with a lewis bag and mallet. Fill footed highball with crushed ice. Add ingredients in a shaker tin. Vigorously dry shake the ingredients to combine. Pour shaken cocktail over crushed ice. Top with more ice if necessary. Express mint sprig with a gentle slap on the rim of the glass. Garnish and serve!
