Based on Alicante Bouschet, with some Alfrocheiro and Aragonez, it is a red full of color, with great density, structure and solidity, although without becoming heavy thanks to an excellent acid balance. Deep and rich, full of fruit, with notes of wild berries and black olives, powerful tannins, very long and affirming.

Description

Corte de Alfrocheiro, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet, a collector of awards and references despite its short existence. The grapes were harvested in an excellent balance of ripeness and acidity. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, followed by aging in French and Portuguese oak barrels.
