Description

2017 was a warm year: high temperatures, low humidity and significant winds. These conditions meant being continually alert to the evolution of the ripeness of the grapes to harvest at the right time, which this year was earlier. Being 35 km from the Pacific Ocean in a straight line, the vineyard benefited from the coastal trough that increases its effect in warm years.
