Aged from 2011 to 2020 in a single 112.5 liter oak barrel from the Réno-Valdieu Forest  This whisky was bought as new make to celebrate the birth of Nicolas’ first daughter, Jane E. Palazzi. It has been aged for 8 years in a 112.5 liter cask made of oak from the heralded Réno-Valdieu forest – only four such casks exist in the world. The cask was built entirely by hand by Jean-Noel Pelletan, as the “final exam” for his Maître Artisan Tonnelier diploma, France’s master cooperage program
