A deeply hued rosé Gamay and Pinot Noir from the Lincoln Shore VQA in Niagara. Drinks like a claret-style light red, great notes of raspberry and currants with a bright finish. This wine has not been produced for several vintages and when it is always in small amounts that hardly makes it to the United States. Bottled unfined and unfiltered and only addition being a miniscule amount of preserving sulfites.
