Description

A crisp white perfected for seafood pairings. The“Melon de Bourgogne” grape is found almost nowhere else in the world other than the unique and carefully preserved microclimate of the Muscadet region. Grapes as unique and distinct as this can only produce equally exceptional wines. The ‘Wine for Seafood’ is a testament to this with a truly distinct crispness, complemented by piercing minerality and finished off with fresh hints of citrus.

WINEMAKING

Hand-harvested. Grapes are pressed full-cluster then fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks and in cement tanks. Aged also in tank, with lees stirring.
