This is an excellent feinherb (slightly sweet) Riesling from the Pfalz region of Germany. After a careful hand harvest, the fruit only sees a light crush (with no maceration) in stainless steel. This is an incredible food wine, with it’s hint of sweetness perfectly complimented by refreshing acidity. Textbook aromas of ripe orchard fruit, wet rocks, and white flowers. Weingut Muller-Catoir was established in 1774 and is now helmed by the 9th generation.
