On the nose, it smells very much like green apples. In fact at first sip it reminded me of sparking cider if it wasn’t for the lack of sweetness. I would gladly trade some of the apple notes for the varietal’s famous honey aroma, which was curiously absent. Crisp, clean and delicate with fine bubble caressing the palate. Intense sensations of apples and peaches drive a pleasant aftertaste.
