The wines are produced in a young, juicy style with minimal oak influence and just 5 months of aging in the cellar prior to bottling and release. This Malbec has elegant and pronounced varietal characters. The wine shows distinct plum aromas, with cherry, rosemary and chocolate notes. With sweet fruit and firm tannins, the wine has cassis, vanilla and spiced, dark berry fruit on the palate, with a long finish. Pair this with hearty meats and strong flavoured dishes.
