In Maury, between the Pyrenees and the Corbières mountains, spreading out in the shadow of the magical Cathar stronghold of Quéribus, Mas de Lavail provide wines which are powerful, well balanced with wonderfully rich aromas, fine tannins and glorious colours.

| Vinefication: | The grapes are grown on old vines with low production and harvested by hand. During fermentation the vats are temperature controlled at 25°C whilst regular circulation ensures gradual juice extraction. Grapes are macerated for four weeks before they are pressed, after which the malolactic fermentation gets under way. |
| Maturation: | Aged in cement tank, bottling 2 years after the harvest. The wine is stored in air-conditionned cellars. |
