Hidden away are the classic tell tail signs of Rademacher vineyards in Sonoma Valley: pennyroyal and eucalyptus. This could be laid down or drunk immediately. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, unfiltered, no added sulfites.

Description

The position of the vineyard within the sonoma valley really has a beautiful affect on this wine. The back of the vineyard borders the cooler creek and eucalyptus lined nooks and seem to sing through the finished wine. Always beautiful clean bunches and gorgeous classic Cabernet notes here that make our elders think of Sonoma back in the day. The wine sees the longest time in barrel, mostly due to the higher acid of the Cabernet which likes more time to incorporate into the wine.
