| Tasting Notes: | Colour: cherry red. Excellent clarity. Aroma: right out of the gate the nose smells of citrus peel, cooking spice and dried fruits. Another six minutes brings out additional scents of rhubarb and fennel. Taste: entry is delicately fruity, medium sweet, creamy in texture and nicely herbal. Midpalate features the rhubarb, candied walnut, bitter orange and seeds. Aftertaste is sublimely zesty and mildly bitter. Definitely elegant and savory. |
| Serving Suggestion: | Mix with soda, ice, and a twist of lemon and serve as apéritif. |
| Cocktail Suggestions: | Sorrentino Ingredients 1 oz – 30 ml Limoncello Luxardo Method Place the thyme in a tumbler glass and muddle to release the oils, then add ice and ingredients, stir well and serve. Sprig of fresh lemon verbena. Slice of orange and lemon peel twisted. |
