Luca Paretti is produced at Serena Winery in the Treviso Province. Treviso is the cultural and wine capital of Italy’s prosecco region. Serena winery has been family run since its founding in 1881. The winery maintains Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC) standards. The Serena winemaker is Ermes Busetto who has over 30 years of winemaking experience. Mr. Ermes Busetto received training at the prestigious Oenological School Cerleatti in Conegliano. Mr. Ermes Busetto is a member of the member of the elite Prosecco DOC Tasting Commission.
