After spending much of his winemaking career in charge of other producers’ cellars, Pascal Potaire started his own label in the early 2000’s quickly to be joined by his good friend, Moses. Moses takes care of marketing and the front-end of the business, while Pascal handles production. Since inception, Pascal has been on a crusade to showcase the elegance and finesse of outstanding Champagne to the likes of naturally fermented sparkling wine! An obsession with balance, low alcohol, and high acidity makes the Loire Valley’s cool climate a perfect marriage for Pascal’s winemaking.
