| The Wine: | The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness. They are then de-stemmed and macerated cold with a more or less long according to the color intensity desired. After pressing adapted to different grape varieties and settling the must is fermented with a temperature control for expression of the fruit. |
| The Soils: | The soils are very typical of the appellation with big pebbles from alluvial deposits of the Rhône and Durance resting on a clay and limestone soil |
| Breeding: | At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wines are racked twice then assembled. They are then matured in refrigerated tanks for 4 months before bottling. |
