This is a Chianti of controlled and guaranteed denomination. The wine making process is respectful of the old traditional Tuscan methods. Chianti “La Ginestra” is a brillant ruby red wine which turns to a garnet colour as it ages. Its dry and aromatic taste becomes soft and velvety with a light violet aroma with ageing.
