Bodega Cueva dates back to the 18th century and has never known anything other than natural winemaking and agricultural practices. Mariano Taberner harvests the oldest vines possible (30/60 years). Bodega Cueva is certified organic, and the wines are native fermented yeast, unrefined, unfiltered and with no added sulfur. The only intervention is that Mariano plays music for his wine!
