Huré Frères L’Insouciance Rosé Brut is a Champagne made with the Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay varieties by Huré Frères in the Champagne denomination.
Huré Frères dates back to the 60s when the grandparents of the current owners acquired a small vineyard on the north face of the prestigious Reims mountain that was classified as Premier Cru. Three generations later, brothers and highly training professionals Francois and Pierre Huré are making exceptional champagnes here. They are fresh, complex and a faithful reflection of the terroir they come from.
Huré Frères L’Insouciance Rosé Brut comes from old vines planted in Premier Cru terroirs. Starting from the belief that the raw material is the most important ingredient, they take great care of the vines, without using pesticides or herbicides. Each plot is cultivated and harvested separately and manually.
In the winery, the fruit from each plot is prepared separately before the Huré Frères L’Insouciance Rosé Brut is assembled. They are vinified in stainless steel tanks, foudres and used barrels. Malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously and the wine ages on lees for 18 months. 6gr/l of liqueur d’expédition is added to the bottle.
