First of all this is utterly SUPERB, and along with Péters’ NV it’s the best non-vintage BdB in this collection. 65% 2013, 29% 2012 and 6% 2011, it’s 85% Mareuil and 15% Oiry and Chouilly, only cuvée (the first free-run juice; in fact only the basic NV has 10% 1st-press [Taille] used), and disg 04/2017.
