Our fruit grown in the Dry Creek Valley is somewhat fuller in style than when sourced from the cooler Russian River Valley. Warmer temperatures enhance the development of ‘fleshy’ fruit characters including melon and peach. A slightly extended lees contact time also lends a yellow spice complexity to the wine and rounds out the mouthfeel. This offering showcases the texture, length, and spice that are typical of fruit from Dry Creek Valley. The grapes were harvested during early morning hours, brought direct to press, and fermented in 100% stainless steel.
