The origins of the estate are closely linked to the life of Professor Riccardo Paccagnini, ancestor of the Tiezzi family, considered a “pioneer of Brunello”: he was responsible for the birth and marketing in 1870 of the first wine with the label “Brunello”, which obtained numerous awards also beyond the Alps.
