Ruby red color. Slightly herbaceous perfume on the nose. On the palate it has a complex and soft structure, of great balance. Over time it refines considerably and develops a great bouquet.

Description

The must is left to ferment and macerate for about 25 days. After racking, the wine matures for about 24 months in small oak barrels, then assembled in steel tanks and finally left in the bottle for 2 months.
