Description

The grapes are grown in Nuits-Saint-Georges, in a clay-limestone soil, hand-picked and then made in old oak barrels. In the vineyard we use as few pesticides as possible, ploughed soil and in the winery we use natural yeasts, a little sulfur and a light filtration before bottling, nothing more. All in all an excellent example of what it is, an every-day drinking red burgundy. – Henri Montagny
