- Aroma: Cincoro reposado is barrel-aged at the distillery for 8-10 months in an underground cellar considerably longer than most other reposados. Cooked agave, with hints of vanilla on the nose, are compliments by spices and fried fruits.
- Palate: Cooked agave, light vanilla and baking spices compliment toasted oak in perfect proportion. Hints of white chocolate.
- Finish: Long finish, lingering vanilla.
