Plenty of dried-cherry and cranberry character here, but also candied lemon and angelica. Pretty powerful and highly structured, this is light-years removed from the world of pretty, light ross. Bold and very mineral finish thats as austere as it is exciting.

Description

Ben & Melanie Tarlant are a dynamic brother-sister combo who have taken the reigns of their family’s historic estate. Unlike many other grower Champagnes, Tarlant has been bottling their own wines (instead of selling grapes and wine to the big Champagne houses) since the early 20th Century. They work organically in the Marne Valley, and rarely add dosage to their wine.
