Chianti Classico is the result of an ongoing investigation by the Cecchi family turned to the exploitation of the Sangiovese grapes from the best areas of the denomination. After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is aged for a year in oak barrels. The olfactory expression is centered on the depth of the fruit for a wide and full palate, but always supported by fresh acidity and well-extracted tannins.
