Description

The Castello di Tassarolo estate in the heart of Piedmont has been inhabited by the Spinola family since 250 AD, and has been a working vineyard since 1367. Currently led by owner and winemaker Massimiliana Spinola, this gorgeous white is as elegant and striking as the Warhol rendition of her relative, Orsola Spinola that graces the label. Certified biodynamic, this direct press 100% Cortese is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeast.
