| Vineyards | The grapes were harvested in the finest wine growing regions of Israel, mostly from the Upper Galilee, with some grapes coming from mature vineyards located around Zichron Yaacov and the Judean Hills. |
| Production | The winemaking and maturation process of the wines from each vineyard took place separately for seven months. After determining the final blend, the wine was returned to the oak barrels for a further 8 months. In total, the wine was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, 20% of which were new. |
| Aging | The wine was ready to drink on its release, and will continue to mature for a decade from its vintage, if stored in suitable conditions. |
| Harvest | The fall and winter leading up to the 2010 vintage were warmer than usual and rainfall was near the annual average. This combination led to an early awakening in the vineyards. Spring and summer were unusually warm and subsequently, ripening of the fruit was earlier than usual. The 2010 harvest began early compared to previous years, especially the for the premium white varieties. The wines created are balanced and display the full characteristics of their variety. |
| Serving | To enjoy the wine at its best, it should be served at a temperature of 18º C (64º F). |
