It has a clean and intense purplish red color.

Intense aroma, very fruity, with a background of caramel, vanilla, cocoa. Very perfumed nose.

On the palate it is fresh and balanced. Very fruity aftertaste.

The manual harvest is carried out. 37% Tempranillo, 26% Garnacha, 24% Graciano and 13% Merlot. Vatted for 36 hours with a peculiar cold maceration.

Description

Vinification in “intelligent tanks” from the different vineyards separately, vatting the destemmed but uncrushed grapes for 7-9 days at a controlled temperature of 25-26ºC. Malolactic fermentation in 50% American oak and 50% French oak barrels.
