  PRODUCTiON PROCESS First we select the best skins of DOQ Priorat wines and distill them obtaining the essence of the aromas of these famous wines. We macerate the fresh botanicals, recently cut, in water and liquor. After a while we distill it to obtain a concentration of herbs that will be the basis of our gin. We dilute this base with liquor and water, shaking it vigorously and letting it rest for months. We use water obtained from our natural source of Mas Baboixos, which rises from deep within the slate layers, the typical soil of the Priorat lands.
