With a refreshingly crisp tequila-watermelon cocktail, it can feel like summer all year round. Our friends at El Chingon in San Diego hooked us up with this delicious recipe – follow the steps below to mix up the Madero.
1.50 oz Azuñia Blanco or Reposado Organic Tequila
1.50 oz Fresh Watermelon Juice
0.75 oz Azuñia Organic Agave Syrup
Watermelon wedge
1.Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
2.Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and pour into a glass, rimmed with salt (optional.)
3.Garnish with watermelon wedge.
