Ecological-vegan sparkling wine from Requena (Valencia). 50% Macabeo and 50% Chardonnay. The harvest is at night to preserve aromas. Making foam at constant temperature and humidity in our cellars, avoiding direct light and unwanted light. Aged in contact with its own lees for 11 months. Colour: Pale yellow cava with greenish hues, bright, with fine bubbles and persistent foam. Nose: Intense aromas of pear and apple with notes of lime and white flowers. Mouth: Fresh, with a very well integrated acidity and leaving a long and elegant floral taste.
