Origin Finca Los Cedros, Finca Ayni and selected producers from Paraje Altamira, Tupungato Winelands (Gualtallary), Valle de Uco Mendoza.
Altitude 1100 meters.
Soils Sandy loam, with gravels covered with calcium carbonate at depths between 0 and 70 cm.
Viticulture Organic, certified in transition.
Weather Cool and sunny with good thermal amplitude, relatively more humid than other areas of Mendoza.
Production 100,000 bottles.
Breeding In oak barrels, used French oak barrels and concrete pools for 12 months.
