| Winemaking | The grapes used in making this wine were carefully selected by hand. They were left in a pre-fermentation maceration during five days at 8 °C before alcoholic fermentation, which was conducted in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 26 and 30 °C for seven days. The post-fermentation maceration took place afterwards for twenty days. |
