In 2011, Toni Carbó and his wife Anna founded La Salada as a personal project. Their old family vineyard is located in the heart of the Penedés, planted at a low altitude, on clay-chalky soils. The result is authentic wines, whose personality reflects the deep relationship that Toni and Anna have with the land and the vineyard.
