Description

Lucien Le Moine Bourgogne Blanc comes from high quality vineyards. They’re old vines planted in clay-limestone soils which are worked under respectful agriculture and harvested by hand. In the winery the grapes are gently pressed and the must obtained ferments spontaneously with native yeasts. Then the wine spends 12 months on its lees in French oak barrels.
