With a proper ratio of 1 part gin to 3 parts tonic, our G&T features a mix classic and modern botanicals including juniper, quinine, grapefruit peel, and wildflower honey. We use Perry’s Tot Navy Strength Gin and pair it with our very own tonic water which was meticulously fine-tuned for the perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.
